Is the film easy to install?

Yes. Since there is no glue, our films are much easier to install. Each order will come with detailed and easy to read instructions for first time installers.

Can I install this tint on double pane windows?

Yes! Our films can be installed on double paned windows. We don't recommend applying our films onto non-tempered Low-e glass. To find out how to test if your windows have a Low-e filter, check out our helpful blog article here.

Will this tint peel off or fall down?

If you follow the instructions correctly and thoroughly cleaned your window, it will not. Make sure all corners and the edge of the film are completely attached to the window.

What is the film made of?

Our films are made of extruded PVC material.

Which side of the film is applied to the window?

Either side of the film can be applied to the window. Also, since our films don’t contain glue, there is no backing to be removed.

What is the difference between our films and GILA?

Our films are much thinner Compared to GILA. Gila also does not have a film that blocks 85% of heat but has a high VLT (Visible Light Transmittance) like our Instik 70.

Is the too kit included?

No. Our tool kit is purchasable separately on our website.

Why is the Instik 70 so light but blocks the most amount of heat?

Due to our manufacturing process (nano-technology) we have been able to create a film that is 73 VLT but 85% heat blocking.
